    3. In a baptism, is the name Josephite always female or could it be male also and later called Joseph. Are there some other words in the baptism that would denote the gender besides the name? George

    3. George- Usually the priest says," I have baptized Josephite born [day of birth]. The word for 'born' will come right after the name and will be 'né' if it's a boy and 'née' if it's a girl.
