About two months ago, Fr. John collapsed, after breakfast, in the kitchen at St. Hyacinth's Senior Retirement Home in Chicopee. He was transported to Mercy Medical Center emergency dept in Springfield, where after several hours of examinations he was admitted as an in-patient. He spent two weeks there before he was then transported to a new permanent residence on 2 Feb, where he has no access to computers at any time, and only has his cellphone for outside communication. The building he is now a resident of is 100 yrs. old. If anyone wants to see a photo of the Beaven Kelly Home, let me know and I can send one to you off list. I speak with him daily and he is doing well. If anyone would like to write to him or send him greeting cards, in either French or English, I'm sure he would appreciate receiving them.
