Good morning list, Need help for a cousin in Ontario - GOUGE & DRAPEAU parents?? William Guillaume Gouge married Marie Charlotte Drapeau on August 14 1780 at the Metropolitan Anglican Church, Quebec, Quebec. There is no mention of parents. The digital copy of the marriage record has him signing his name as William Goudge. Over the years this has been amended to Gouge and in one instance Gonge. The Drouin records show him as an immigrant but no info as to where he might be from. I was wondering if you might have him in your data base or have any idea as to sources I can search.
