It says the info. is from the diary of Mary Hance Mann granddaughter if JB. Leblanc). There is a typo in there. It says that in the 1900 Federal Census that he had immigrated in 1930. I looked at the census and it actually says he immigrated in 1830. The source information is listed as Highgate Town Hall Records of Vital Statistics. If you haven't already seen and you have Ancestry.com you can find it there. I entered Miriam White 1851 and 3 entries popped. Two were for the Miriam White that we are interested in. If you don't have Ancestry.com, I will see if I can copy and send it to you or I will copy it to an e-mail for you. There are only 12 children listed. I.E. Miriam is listed as Mary, Philomena is listed as Angelina and Domitilda is listed as Matilda. Your welcome and good luck. I did see on John White's death certificate that his father's name was also listed as John White. This is typical for Quebec children. Usually the first son is named after his father. I also looked for a Narcisse Leblanc. I remembered that my ancestors that immigrated to States whose first name was Narcisse were called Nelson. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything. Joyce
