    3. Jean Baptiste Amable Casavant dit Ladebauche and MarieAngelique Tetreau dit Ducharme had 13 children (maybe), three (maybe) of whomwere named Jean Baptiste. Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu registers record the baptism ofthe first J.B. on 30 Mar 1770, and the burial 5 May 1770 - indicating he's aged1 month. Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu registers record the baptism ofa second J.B. 21 Mar 1773, stating he was born and baptised in St. Antoine. St. Antoine registersrecord a burial for a J.B. 28 Apr 1775, curiously situated between entries for 14May and 15 May. Furthermore, it gives an age of 5 years and 1 month (incorrect, but an exact match for the first J.B.) There is no baptismal record for a third J.B., but PRDHgives a birth of 'about 1776'. St. Antoine hasa record of a J.B. marriage 29 Sep 1794, no age given for groom, or evenindication if he's a minor. Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu register records a burial 12 Sep1809  for a J.B., identified as thespouse of the person in the 1794 marriage record - and lists his age as 33years, a match for the J.B. born 1773. My inclination is to assume that the burial recorded 28 Apr1775 is an error - especially since it was recorded in May, and it would befairly easy to tell the difference between a 2-year old corpse and a 5 year-oldone. Who, if anyone, might have been buried that April and recorded in May Ihave no idea. Frances I, however, would love your thoughts, ideas, suggestions.
