    3. I am trying to find where the Parish Records for Wakefield, Ottawa, Quebec would be for around 1874. The ones I find only start at 1891. Joseph Giroux and Leocadie Racicot were married in Montebello, Quebec in 1866 and had some children there. David Giroux is said to have been born January 12, 1874 in Wakefield, Ottawa, Quebec. Other children were born in Russell, Emburn, Ontario. Any help finding this record would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Cindy
