    3. Not what you asked for, but familysearch.org has the birth of Malvina born the same day in Pascoag to to Zenon Ducharme & Virginie https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/FZ12-H5T Then, a death for Verginie Blandouin Ducharme, spouse of John Z. Ducharme of Burrillville. https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/F843-W3J Father Edward Blandouin, mother Millie Prebost Pascoag is a village of Burrillville. I checked the books we own page at the QR site, but I didn't find it. I was sure there is someone on this list who owns the St. Joseph Pascoag book. 3. You are right and I have written about it to Marcel Fournier, coordinator of the Fichier Origine. Bertrand Desjardins PRDH ________________________________________ De : quebec-research-bounces@rootsweb.com [quebec-research-bounces@rootsweb.com] de la part de Patricia LeBeau [kola626@embarqmail.com] Envoyé : 13 avril 2014 09:17 À : quebec-research@rootsweb.com Objet : [Q-R] Jeanne Boucher 1601-1670 I know this is probably old stuff to most of the list, but I just discovered this lady in my Jette (page 560) married to Thomas Hayot or Ayotte 15 Jul 1629 in St-Jean, Mortagne-au-Perche, France. In his biographical sketch of her, Jette says "sister of Marin Boucher married to Julienne Baril." Since Marin is my 7th great-grandfather, I got mildly excited, even though the entry shows her parents as ... & ..., as it does for Marin. Many, many online trees show Marin as the brother of Gaspard Boucher, son of Jacques and Francoise Paigne, but an equal number say No, they are related somehow but not fraternally. BUT, Fichier Origine certificate #240487, updated 7 Nov 2011, gives Jeanne's date of baptism as 1 May 1601 in St-Jean, Mortagne-au-Perche and her parents as Pierre Boucher and Roberte Parent. This I translate as "she is the sister of Marin Boucher, husband in a first marriage of Julienne Baril and in a second of Perrine Malet. Two twins, Noel and Noelle were baptized 25 Dec 1604. Another sister Martine was baptized 7 Jul 1606 at the church of St. Jean." If she has parents and is the sister of Marin, why does he not have the same parents, at least the father? in case Pierre remarried as so many were wont to. This is driving me crazy, though my golfing relatives would say it more like a short putt, so can someone please put my brain at rest?
