    3. Your welcome and good luck. I did see on John White's death certificate that his father's name was also listed as John White. This is typical for Quebec children. Usually the first son is named after his father. I also looked for a Narcisse Leblanc. I remembered that my ancestors that immigrated to States whose first name was Narcisse were called Nelson. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything. Joyce

Her first husband was Frederic Monfet (sometimes recorded as Monfette, sometimes as Maufet, occasionally as Montfet or Montfette). He died 3 Mar 1843 at St. David and she remarried 26 May 1846 in St. David to Simon Trudelle. He died 27 Jan 1865 in St-Guillaume-d'Upton, at which time she was still living. I have searched the St. Guillaume indexes without success for a death record for her. If anyone has access to records they might search for a death record for her I would be most appreciative. I found one mention of the place of their marriage to be St. Pie.  However, I could not prove or disprove this. All mentions of the marriage say they married in 1847.  Looks like they had 15 children.  I can give you their names if you don't already have them.
