Is the listed mother(Marie Anne JANOT and Marie Anne LACHAPELLE) of Jacques BICK dit LAFLEUR the same women? Are these two listed marriages of Jacques BICK (BEIQUE) dit LAFLEUR for the same person? I can find no information on the death of Catherine CHARTIER of the first marriage. The second listed marriage has no information indicating Jacques BICK (BEIQUE) dit LAFLEUR was a widower when he married Marie Catherine PAQUET dite LAVALLEE. Lachapelle is a dit name of Janot, so the mothers are almost certainly the same person. I wouls suspect that the Jacqueses listed are the same as well. Perhaps Catherine died in another parish. Perhaps an annulment? (This would be very unusual.) Perhaps another sibling Jacques distinguished among the family by a second name? (E.g. Jacques-Jean and Jacques-Simon.) A little unusual, but possible.
