HI Fran, I have been trying to find information on where my grandfather, Emile MERCIER was baptised, confirmed and went to church. His mother, Georgianna COUTURE died on July 23, 1894 and he was one year and given by his father, Nazaire MERCIER to relatives to raise. I believe it was one of my great grandmothers sisters around Lake Megantic. Is it possible to search those church records to find baptisms, first communions and confirmations?
