    3. Jette: Charles BRAZEAU & Genevieve QUENNEVILLE had a son Joseph born and baptized 28 Jan 1706. Little is known about him except that he contracted to go West for the period 5 Oct 1724 through 26 Sep 1729. This contract could well have brought him to the Illinois territory. La Dizier is not a name found in Quebec before 1800. However DIZIER shows up in Quebec records 9 times before 1800 according to PRDH. You might contact the Kanakee Valley (Illinois) Genealogical Society at research@kvgs.org . They charge a modest fee for research.
