This would have made the year of his birth about 1758. He was buried on 12 Mar 1831 at L'Isle-Verte, Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, Canada. His residence at the time of his marriage was Ile-de-Orléans. He was married at Saint-Laurence Catholic Church on 12 Nov 1799 to Françoise DUMAS, daughter of Alexis DUMAS and Françoise AUDET dit LAPOINTE.
