Henri William King and Ernestine Boire were the parents of Henry W. Boire who was born in Waterloo in April of 1916. The younger Henry was later adopted by his aunt Anna Girard and her husband Joseph Kooken. The younger Henry whose last name was legally changed to Kooken was baptized in Boston MA about three months after his birth. At some point, Ernestine Boire left Canada for the US and she ultimately settled in Boston. I don't believe that Henri W. King accompanied Ernestine to the US. I'm wondering if there is any indication of a later marriage of Henri William King to an unknown spouse in Waterloo between 1916 and the early 1920's.
