Just wanted everyone to know that I found in the Surry, NH town history my gr gr gr gr grandfather, Silas HEFFLON mentioned as well as Sessions, Hiram, Polly (KNAPP) and that they had come from Rhode Island to Surry. For some who know it is very near the CT River. The people who wrote these town histories cannot be thank enough especially if they included a genealogical listing of all names found in the town. Interestingly it mentioned that Hiram Hefflon had removed to GILSUM, NH and then to MICHIGAN where he died. What a great person in their research that they would have included those kind of details for those of us who search the ancestors. May God Bless their work each and everyone.
