I thought it may be helpful to let *Northeastern Ontario* researchers know of some recent additions made to the *Northeastern Ontario Gravemarkers Gallery* at: http://nocgg.maddoc.net Many of these additions have been possible due to some excellent and kind help from volunteers....! 1. Added about 6 Cemeteries to the Manitoulin District page. 2. Added hundreds of photos for the LaSalle Cemetery in Sudbury. 3. Added hundreds of photos for the Park Lawn cemetery in Sudbury. b. In addition, several additions have been made to the Historic/Nostalgic Web Site at: http://nocggh.maddoc.net 1. Added more photos and names from *North Bay Normal School/Teachers' College* yearbooks. 2. Added several class photos with names for the *Powassan District High School*. 3. Added many yearbook photos with names for *North Bay Collegiate Institute and Vocational School*. (NBCI&VS) 3. Added many photos with names for the *North Bay* area. c. The yearbook and other nostalgic photos have been very helpful for folks trying to locate ancestors. One must acknowledge, if a child is located in a yearbook picture....it is a good bet that you likely have also located the parents.....! d. A new search engine has been added to the Nostalgic site. Just type in your full surname and search. e. A few folks have contacted me as they had lost the URLs for these web sites. Please record the sites as a favourite in your browser. As an alternative, one can always go to the google search engine and search for *NORTHEASTERN ONTARIO GRAVEMARKERS* and the site will come up in the top "5 hits". Good luck with your research.
