Does anyone have the 1871 Census for Waterloo. I'm looking for someone who probably left the US during the Civil War for a short period. Cephas R. Crawford and his wife Annie are missing in the US for that period and I have a letter from him dated 18 March 1866 from Waterloo. Many thanks in advance, Linda
