Hello everyone, I am now aware that both civil and church records were not kept in ROXTON as early as 1800. I am wondering if anyone knows what the nearest parish would have been where a family would have been enumerated? This now explains why my HEMINGWAY children were all baptized in Sorel in 1816 on the same day. The family must have moved. BUT, was there any other type of enumeration or census kept during that time frame? Thanks a million! Mary H 8)
