    3. Hi List I'm trying information on Archibald Stewart (1792-1851) from what I have been told he lived in Montreal in 1819 then went to McNab twp. - Ontario about 1823 I have been having no luck finding Archibald with wife Flora Patton (1800 -1825) on passenger list.. apparently their first child DAVID was "born at sea" and was registered on arrival in Quebec. David married Mary Cameron of Dewar Settlement in 1857 I have Davids death registration.... and on it for place of birth is written: Name: David Stewart Death Date: 12 Mar 1885 Death Location: Renfrew Gender: Male Estimated Birth Year: abt 1820 St. Andrew's Prov. of Quebec. Archibald and Flora had 2 more children before her death Danny or Donald born 1821 in Lachine .... seems his first name was interchangable for whatever reason and daughter Mary Ann born 1824 in Lachine information I have on her below March 29 1843 Duncan DEWAR to Marian STEWART both of McNab. Wit: Peter Robertson, William Cameron. Name: Mary Ann Dewar Death Date: 18 Dec 1888 Death Location: Renfrew Gender: Female Estimated Birth Year: abt 1823 Birth Location: Leackean [ lanark? lachine?] ____________ To confuse matters more... I found this passanger list and it sure sounds like my Archibald the age of Woman and first child are correct.... and 2nd child born 1821 (Danny/Donald) could have been the one "born at sea" But them I'm back to the problem of David's death registration saying born in St. Andrew's Prov of Quebec my problem would be half solved if the name of woman and child were listed Below.... ________ Canadian Immigrant Records, Part Two Record about Archd.
