Frank - Apparently there is some kind of handwritten notation in the Drouin men's book that is not on the marriage entry under the church. One can search under either the groom's name - there are 50 books for that, sometimes called the "masculine", or under the bride's name - they total 64 - sometimes called the "feminine". Your source has obviously located a marriage in the "masculine" set, book #33. But you can find the wedding in the Ancestry.com site by searching the parish where the wedding was celebrated, and checking on the date you have.
