Hi List, I am looking for the parents and any siblings of Charlotte M. TODD. She was born 1834. She died in Brasher, St. Lawrence County, NY on 29 May 1882. The census records just say Canada for birth place for her and her husband, William Russel RICHARDSON. One L on Russel is correct. Charlotte and William were married 14 May 1853 in South Stuckley, West Shefford, Quebec so I am guessing Charlotte was born in the same area. William was born in South Stuckley. I have been to the Simmons website and only their marriage is listed. William's parents were born in the USA. I have also tried Genforum, Google, Family Search and Ancestry, to name a few sites.
