I've received many emails asking why I haven't been posting very much lately. I am recovering from an accident. To begin with... I have been wheelchair bound for more than 10 years --- I lost a leg to a flesh-eating virus. About two month ago I was hit from behind as I attempted to cross the street at a crosswalk. I was thrown from my chair and landed on my stump (amputated leg). That part has led to internal bleeding and swelling so I spend a lot of time in bed -- I'm using a wireless laptop. I also scraped a lot of skin on my good leg. My hands were bent backwards --- the swelling in my left hand has gone down enough that I can type with it but my right hand is so swollen that I have just started bending my fingers --- I don't type very well using only my left hand.
