    3. Hi, Hi, new to this board although have been working on my family for over 30 years. Have done much research in Quebec but still have a few brick walls to bring down. The first is Louis Hart's ancestry. He married Josephte Castagnet around 1829 probably at St. Anicet, Quebec. The registers at this time have some missing pages and the marriage appears to be on one of them. There are some theory's about Louis' parents, the most popular being that he is the illegitimate son of Moses Hart of Trois Rivieres. What is known is that he would have been born about 1799. He married about 1829 and died in 1849 at St. Anicet. His widow remarried in 1853 and on this marriage it states that her borther-in-law Joseph Hart was present. I have been trying prove or disprove the Moses Hart connection if anyone can help. Have also been trying to find his brother Joseph. One possibility is Joseph Hart who married Jane (Genevieve Zess) and moved to Orchardville, Ont. about 1840. Hoping that if I can find his brother Joseph's marriage that I can work back to his parents and hopefully back to Louis. They moved to Charlevoix Michigan about 1885. Would like to get their death info. On the 1881 census 2 brothers appear with Joseph and Jane John CRINKLOW M 12 French O <Ontario> Religion: Catholic Francis CRINKLOW M 14 French O <Ontario> Religion: Catholic from the 1871 census I see Normanby, Grey Co. Ontario Joseph Crinklow age 33 born Scotland James Crinklow age 10 born Quebec John Crinklow age 5 born Ontario Francis Crinklow age 3 born Ontario Wonder how this family might be related to Joseph and Jane. Possibly the wife of Joseph was a Zess (jane's relative) or a Hart (Joseph's family) Also looking for some Hart relatives in hopes some of them may have some clues. Have located some living at Cornwall, Ont.. Contacted and awaiting information. Probably descended from Louis -> Jean Baptiste -> Louis or Louis -> Jean Baptiste -> Alphonse. Another son Calixte moved to St. Jerome, Que about 1910 and hadd 4 children there. I have there names. Nothing after 1920. May have moved to Montreal. A son of Louis, Francois Xavier left St. Anicet about 1870 and may have ended up in Montreal. I have info on a Alphonsine Hart born about 1847 widow of Frank Hart in St. Louis Ward Montreal in 1901. She had 2 children Martha (born 1887) and Alphonse (born 1884) with her. Martha married c. 1905 Albert (Labreche?) Found at Belle River, Ontario 1911 census. Another brick wall is Francoise Deschamps dau of Joseph Deschamps late of Les Cedres and Catherine Denis deceased listed as her parents on her marriage married Jean Baptiste Leblanc 1817 at St. Regis, Quebec. Their daughter Genevieve bapt. Sept. 24, 1820 St. Anicet. Catherine Deschamps dau of Antoine of Les Cedres is the Godmother. Francoise appears to have died shortly after as Jean Baptiste remarried in 1821. A search of Les Cedres registers and St. Polycarpe has so far found no information that could be definitely be connected to Francoise or her parents. Ther are many Huneault dit Deschamps and Denis families in this area of Quebec. Any information appreciated. Have traced Marion back to George at Guingamp in Brittainy. Much information on the family there. Looking for any information on George's father Nicolas origins said to be either Granville or Dragueville in Manche, Normandy. Birthprobably about 1634. Any info showing this appreciated. It's possible his son Amable Marion dit Lafontaine may have been in Acadia in the late 1600's would like to find some proof of that. Have much more information on all the above. Regards, Rick Marion __._,_.___
