    3. Hi List, I'm looking for help in finding parents and date/place of marriage for Joseph Lecours dit Barras.and Victoire Asselin. Joseph and Victoire had children Theophile, Victoire, Thomas and Alexandre. All children were married in Levis in the 1800's Thnks in advnce for any assistance you can lend me, Peg Gingras

I would consider the following: Sept. 16th 1822 @ Saint-Joseph de Levis, Qc Joseph Lecours [ Michel Lecours & Francoise Bourget ] Marie-Victoire Hamelin [ Joseph Hamelin & Marie Lamy ] names are pretty close, and considering time & location.. wonder if the real name could be Hamelin instead of Asselin.. ???
