Marika Hymer -----Original Message----- From: hymerlore@aol.com To: gboivin@telusplanet.net Sent: Mon, Apr 5, 2010 9:34 am Subject: Martin Janson/Jeanson dit Cimetiere I found your response to another's inquiry on a google search, as I was searching for my ancestor, Martin Janson/Jeanson dit Cimetiere and you have identified who I am looking for: "I believe that this Madeleine Cimetiere/Cimetaire is from my line. I have her being married to Louis Lamaire on Feb 14, 1763 in Vercheres, Quebec, Canada. Her parents were Martin Janson / Jeanson dit Cimetiere and Agnes Pepin. His were Louis Lamarre and Ursule Pellitier." I cannot find anything on "Ancestry.com" and was wondering if you could share any section of your family tree that might intertwine with mine. I have a story preserved in the family that said my grandmother, Lucy May Johnson of Hastings, Ontario (1898) was descended of Martin Janson dit Cimetiere of Trois-Moutieres, Anjou, France, who immigrated to Quebec, and branched into Deslaurier and Johnson surnames. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. With thanks, With thanks, Marika Hymer
