M: 8 Sep 1845 Gore Mission, Peel, Ontario Canada Eliza McMahon (d/o Michael & Ellen ? ) b. 10 Aug 1824 Abbeyleix, Queens, Ireland. d. 19 Aug 1891 Peterborough Ontario Canada. These two had 11 children ranging form 1846 to 1865, I can provide names if needed. What I need is the names of there parents and were they come from if posible. Hi Fran, If you have access to Ancestry, this might guide you in the right area. This tree has a lot of sources, including name of a book, a will for Alexander, etc. Supposedly, Alexander's father was William Gough but mother's name unknown. According to the death registration for Alexander Gough he was born in Gananoque, Roman Catholic - but no reference given as to his parents. At the time of his death he lived at Hunter Street in Peterborough. I could not locate the death registration for Eliza Gough nee McMahon at the date and location you gave. I searched through all death registrations in Peterborough during month of August 1891 but there was no Gough and no McMahon entry.
