One of the best Christmas presents at this point in the life of Bill S-18 would be a HUGE stack of petitions -- we use Non-Resident and Senate in the Senate, House of Commons in the House of Commons. The Non-Resident is for all those other than Canadians. Download from http://www.globalgenealogy.com/Census/index.htm There are addresses where to send beneath the petitions. Families are gathering at this time of year, students may get these signed at school (print a copy of this memo and send petition copies -- the teacher might love you). I have yet to see a petition from a Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions or other clubs. Surprise me!! Street addresses are not needed -- NAME, CITY, STATE or PROVINCE, ZIP/POSTAL CODE.
