To answer this, I have the Administration documents of Thomas Garrett Jr., dated 1710, Oct 19. The administration of his estate was granted to Swithin Chandler AND HIS WIFE ANN. She is mentioned twice in the document, and surely wouldn't have been mentioned at all unless she was kin (in this case, Sister) of the deceased. The document was signed by Swithin Chandler, James Baylyss & Samal Chandler. This is enough to convince me. You decide. Carol
