I have an index of land grants for Guilford Co., NC, for 1778-1934, and there is no Andrew WILLIAMS listed. There are several WILLIAMS heads of households in the 1790 census for Guilford Co., but none named Andrew. However, in the 1800 census, there are two men in Guilford Co., NC, named Andrew Williams.
