I believe that there were relatively few Friends living in far northern Chester County, PA in the 1646 era. Uwchlan Monthly Meeting had probably been established by that time, centered some eight miles northwest of Downingtown Pennsylvania was not founded until 1682. Are you sure that you didn't mean 1746?
