Hi Mark, Do you know if the Quaker Evans family of Montgomery Co., PA; Surry Co., SC (Cane Creek MM); and Warren Co., Ohio (Miami MM), may have had any connections to the Wrightsboro, Georgia settlement? I have a brick wall with my fifth greatgrandparents Quakers' Jane Evans and James Edwards. They were associated with the Georgia settlement. Their daughter Phebe Edwards married Alexander Lackey Moore b. circa 1760 Orange Co., NC. I know of other Evans in this line who migrated to Ohio from Georgia, but I can't seem to find anything to connect any of these Evans (or Edwards, for that matter) to a place or family before Wrightsboro. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Sincerely, Susan E. Davis

I have worked with MOORE Researchers, who believe that my MOOREs are disowned Quakers, that migrated with the Quakers and suggest that this PA MOORE Line, includes this Richard Moore's Line, is one to look closely at.a relationship. I will see if I can make contact with some of the MOORE Researchers for some of them are of this Moore Line. One researcher suggested that I look to Mordiecia Moore, PA>>disowned and lost! My son, Jeff Guy and I have been looking at Richard Moore, PA>GA -- well, since forever. It is one of my favorite websites. sshaw@terminal.cz, Here is Sarah's email address as posted on these Wrightsboro, GA websites. I've worked with her in about 1998/1999. I just brought up your Evans Family of Miami Co., OH., which is a neighboring county of Preble Co, OH, both in the Miami River Valley. I am also familiar with Montgomery County, Pennsylvania as we lived in its Springfield Twp. for many years. Please respond as to how you connect..
