Hi! I am trying to trace my Quaker roots. I know that Ann Tuckniss married William Hopkins in 1795 but that they married out of unity. This was in the Philadelphia records. Did they go back to the Quakers or did they then go on to a church? Does anyone know anything about the Tuckniss family. These two had my g g grandpa, Robert Hopkins, born in Philadelphia in 1796.
