Box 292 Maplewood, NY 07040 Think the cost of it was in the 20-25 dollar range. I have a copy (VHS) but have not watched it for a while. Not sure it specifically addresses the Wilberites & Guerneyites--who they are and how they came about, but it is a good introductory video. Joyce Bowman
