In view of the recent discussion on civil records, I am hoping that somebody might be able to tell me about the records at the end of Vol.VI of the Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy. It list marriage bonds from Bedford and Campbell Counties, Virginia. They appear to be civil records in their wording rather than Quaker? Thanks, Dave Williams
