Correction and apologies: I recently wrote about a Mendenhall Cemetery near Dunlap IL and was in error re: the name. It is actually the Dickinson (Dickerson) Historical Cemetery of early Peoria Co settlers, many from Quaker backgrounds. Dickinson H. Cemetery has Mendenhalls buried there and Mendenhalls are also buried in other nearby cemeteries as well. Betsi
