In Henry County Iowa my great grandfather's 1866 Quaker Marriage was recorded and a stamp added to the Quaker Certificate. 1844 and 1846 Quaker Marriage Certificates have no stamps and they were not recorded at the courthouse, if the listing of Henry County marriages 1836 - 1850 is complete on genweb. Many Quaker names were on it but no Maxwell's or Mendenhall's, which are the 1844 and 1846 Quaker Certificates I have.
