I'm not a Haines descendant. But since we're doing "Haines" today, I'll just toss out my sole link to that family. She was Amyra Haines (b. 1815), dt. of John and Jemima Haines, who married Jason Evans (1807-1876) in 1829. Jason was a younger brother of my third-great grandfather, Thomas Evans (1791-1852). This Haines-Evans marriage occurred in Waynesville, Warren Co., Ohio. I don't know when or where Amyra died. Jason died in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is buried at Spring Grove Cemetery. Mark
