Seeking evidence of birth of Daniel ca. 1714 to 1720 to James Radcliff and Alice Rawsthorne. I've got a 6-week virus and can't leave the house. When I'm better I can drive to Pomona (in about four weeks) and check out Hinshaw. But I hate to wait that long. What if I die? Gary Radcliffe West Covina, CA
Hi Gary, Where were James Radcliff/Ratcliff and Alice Rawsthorne? My ancestor, Ellis Scholefield (b. Abt 1625-1685) of Rossendale, Lancashire, England, married an Alice Rawsthorn (1635-1685). They lived all their lives in Lancashire. Odd coincidence that we'd both have Alice Rawsthorn(e)s in our family trees.
