Marilyn, I apologize that my previous message got sent before I had written it. I want to ask you whether your Quaker Clayton family was in Monmouth Co., NJ. I have seen several suppositions about the parents of the twins Elisha and Elijah Clayton and their brothers Noah and Job D. They probably also had a sister named Euphemia. By the time of the Revolution these brothers were not practicing Quakers. I will appreciate any information you might be able to share on this Clayton family.
