I see by the information given below from Gwen that Nicholas, and his sons NATHANIEL and Joseph NEWLIN are all listed as members (in 1685) of  the Concord Meeting in the book "Two-hundred and twenty-fifth Anniversary of the Concord Meeting of Friends" publihed in 1911, and that any other pages of this book can be accessed on line. Can someone, perhaps Gwen Bjorkman, give me the page(s) link(s) in body text this book that mention or otherwise refer to NATHANIEL NEWLIN, a son of Nicholas? I believe that I am a direct descendant of Nathaniel's, through his daughter RACHEL's marriage to EPHRAIM JACKSON in 1695 at Concord. (Page links for any references in this book to Rachel and Ephraim would also be appreciated.
