I don't know whether this is of interest to you or not, but several years ago I transcribed and posted a deed for the sale of land in Salem County, NJ, which had been owned by Amesley NEWLIN of Chester County, PA, and his wife Elizabeth (nee WOODNUTT) who had inherited the land from her father Preston WOODNUTT. The land was sold to my great-great-grandfather Joseph ROBINSON. All parties to this deed were Quakers. The deed can be found here: << http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.newjersey.counties.salem/822/mb.ashx >> Joan In a message dated 2/24/2009 4:27:47 P.M.
