Dear Mr Standing, Thank you very much indeed for the information on Samuel Barker and his family. I had not realized he was actually a member, along with most of his family it appears, of the Old Swedes Church. I am a descendant of Daniel Barker's son Nicholas and Hannah Allen; in fact, I have a copy of an old daguerretype of Nicholas Barker (Jr.), son of John & Mary Osborne Barker, and John was son of Nicholas and Hannah. I have no information at all on Elizabeth Nichols, the wife of Daniel Barker. You say she was of a Quaker family belonging to Center MM. Would you have any more information on this Nichols family? I very much appreciate your help. Best regards, Marilyn L.
