I have a Samuel Shattuck in my line b. in England. His wife was Damaris (surname unknown) and they had a daughter Sarah who married Richard Gardener before 1653. According to "The Early Settlers of Nantucket 1659-1850" by Lydia Hinchman Damaris was married to Samuel Shattuck and they probably had a son with that name.
