BYU does have it- I just wrote it in wrong. I will get copies of both. I could not imagine them not having that one with such a big emphasis on family history; the regional FH library is housed at the BYU library, as well as the huge periodical room and a ton of other stuff- there is a great room that has books on every country and state that exists- great for roaming and genealogical and historical and all sorts of things all over the enormous building.
