As with most denominations these days, just show up! You'll be welcomed. For *formal* membership, one traditionally submitted a letter requesting membership to the applicable Monthly Meeting who would then act upon the request as appropriate. So far as I know, most meetings continue this process today--if only on a pro forma basis.
