Hi everyone, I only have one tenuous link to the Quaker faith which I am trying to prove. I have been told than an Elizabeth SIMS and John Holt STANWAY were married in 1828, I assume in Norwich Norfolk but an not sure of this. Her family were Quakers but as far as I know John's family was not. I have a possible sighting of John and Elizabeth on a ship to American in 1846. One of their children was named Abe. Which was a biblical type name which rings true. As I am in Australia I find it very difficult to search English records. Any help would be appreciated. Regards Joy Light - Melbourne Australia
