Hello:Can anyone help. I am searching the Quecec area for a birth 2/17/1909 (son) He was born Blind. Is there a Home for Adoptive children anyone knows about around that time who took children in. His mother was Catholic and I believe he was raised the first few years by Nuns.??? Anyone willing to take on a BIG adoption challenge??Anything would help. Marlene Windsor, Ont.
