    1. RE: [QC-ETANGLO] question in general

    3. Have you tried the State of Vermont records for towns along the border? Look for records for siblings. Up till about 1830/40 I've found marriages in particular have been recorded in Franklin and Richford when both parties came from towns just along the Canadian side of the border. I believe there _may_ have been several protestant preachers working the area without a formal church in Canada. They seem to have recorded B-M-D events back in Richford or Franklin. I've found many of the Stanbridge members of my wife's family that way. > -----Original Message----- > From: T Coleman [mailto:tcoleman@sympatico.ca] > Sent: Thursday, June 29, 2000 6:52 PM > To: QC-ETANGLO-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: [QC-ETANGLO] question in general > <snip> > is there any other document that would perhaps list her > siblings/parents > or full christian name..... > > thanks for all suggestions...she was born in 1817 by the way....please > e-mail me! >
