I am wondering if someone is available to lookup in supposidly what is called:  Registers for buriels, deaths etc., that is supposed to be available for Frampton,Qu?bec from Bishops... specifically: Kenneth Sutherland  b. c 1786, Sutherlandshire,Scotland,                                 d. by 1860 Frampton,Dorchester,Qu?bec National Archives in Qu?bec City, says this info. is held in this region....
