Hello Listers; I am new to the list and apologize I do not speak French. My name is Karen and I am from Abbotsford, B.C. I am trying to trace my father's lineage and find my grandfather, Leslie Cecil Martin. I just found my ggrandparents are buried at Hawthorn-Dale cemetery and they are: GEORGE STANLEY MARTIN, Born Sherbrook, on Jan 14, 1896 and died on Dec 18, 1966 at Ste.-Anne's Military Hospital and LAVINA FLORENCE MARTIN, nee: MARTEL, born in Stanstead on Aug 14, 1899 and died Aug 20, 1962 in Montreal. Their son is Leslie Cecil Martin and he married my grandmother, Dora Emily Thomas aka Dorothy on Nov 27, 1937. My father was born June 9, 1938 in Montreal and his name is Robert Gordon MARTIN.
