Background: Leonard is enumerated in St. Armand East in 1852 and Potton in 1861 and thereafter. While there is a substantial marital relationship between Schoolcraft and Stone in St. Ignace de Stanbridge it occurred in a branch it was with Leonard Schoolcraft's great aunt and thus unlikely to be significant.
